Mein erstes Rezept ist da! Es gibt veganen gebratenen Ananas Reis 🙂
Zutaten:
- 1 frische Ananas
- 1 Portion Reis
- 1 Karotte
- 1 Zwiebel
- 2 Esslöffel tiefgefrorene Erbsen
- 1 Frühlingzwiebel
- Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker
- 1 Esslöffel Sojasoße
- Prise Kurkuma
- Optional: Shrimps, Hühnchen, Rind, Tofu
Step 1:
Ananas halbieren und aushöhlen. Am besten eignen sich ein Messer und ein Esslöffel dafür. Danach die die Ananas, Karotte und die Zwiebel in kleine Würfel schneiden und die Frühlingszwiebel in feine Ringe.
Step 2:
Die fein gewürfelten Zwiebeln und Karotten zusammen mit etwas Öl in eine Pfanne geben und erhitzen und etwa 2 Minuten anbraten. Danach die Erbsen und die Ananas dazugeben und 3 Minuten weiter anbraten.
Step 3:
Reis dazu geben und mit anbraten bis sich alles vermengt hat und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Kurkuma abschmecken. Am Ende einen Esslöffel Sojasoße dazugeben und in der Ananas servieren. Und garnieren mit frischen Frühlingszwiebeln.

My first recipe is finally here! Fried vegan „Fried Pineapple Rice“ 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 1 portion cooked rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp peas
- 1 green onion
- salt, pepper, sugar
- bit curcuma
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- optional: shrimps, chicken, beef, tofu
Step 1:
Cut the pineapple into halfs and scoop some small cubes out of it. Tip: Use a tablespoon, it makes it so easy! Cut the carrot, pineapple and onion into small cubes and the green onion into small rings.
Step 2:
Stir-fry the onions and carrots in a large pan for 2 minutes. Then add the peas and pineapple and stir-fry them for 3 more minutes.
Step 3:
Add the cooked rice and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Add some salt, pepper, sugar, curcuma and soy sauce. When everything is ready, serve the fried rice in the fresh pineapple und garnish with some fresh green onions.

I’ve seen you eat a lot, but I haven’t realized you actually are good at cooking too! I absolutely love this pineapple rice recipe and love the way you cut the pineapple in half (and then cubes) and then filling it up again. Looks so delish!
